- Clear cash
- Back up database
- If the other side is empty:
- Install a new Drupal, mind the database
- Move modules
- Move file folder mind the .htaccess file
- Move the datetime file core/lib/Drupal/Component/Datetime
- Empty database
- Mind the settings files
- Import the database backup
- Check the site
